Welcome to The Lone Raiders website!
The Lone Raiders is an alliance of players from guilds who do not have the capability to raid tier 8, but who don't want to leave their guild for one that can. Instead, the lone raiders from each guild band together to take on Norrath's biggest and baddest!

Imperator Kolska... Kolski... Kol.. err, HM Shoulders mob down!
Yep, stalled a bit over xmas. Shock horror. But at least we're still here! (some others seemed to have collapsed completely during the break.) Looks like we'll have some good attendance for the coming weeks now.Nice bit of progress to welcome in the new year tho with HM shoulders mob going down. In an even bigger bit of news, Sweeetie came back from the afk break on time!

Gindan Commander ain't commanding no more
Been a while since I posted an update but we're still going, and occasionally going strong.We've been learning some of our next encounters and getting the necesary practice in, and I think most of us are waking in our sleep in a cold sweat to imagined shouts of "DON'T MOVE!!". Some of it paid off last night with the fall of Gindan Commander, in what is essentially an easy fight, once you figure out the tactics.
As happens around Xmas time, and when other games are released that people come back from in a couple of months (it always happens) we are recruiting - Coercers, Shamans and a Berserker would be handy. So long as the Berserker isn't a girl. Girls can't tank.

Tallon Zek falls
After much blood sweat and tears.... well, ok... more like swearing, wiping and staying sober (booo), one week from our last big zekian kill, we move onto the next... aim for vallon next sunday guys!? ;-)Still edging up in the guildprogress charts... considering our raid times are easy going and we allow generous afk breaks (if your name is Sweeetie) then we're doing pretty good!
